Come one, come all

I propose that Suzy, Bdogg, Bookworm, and Roxanne and I all start a book club in which any and all comments are welcome, even the single-syllable ones.

Bdogg: Ruled.

Suzy: Sucked.

Bookworm: Great.

Roxanne: Stunk.

Liz: Durrr?

I guess this thing called the "Superbowl" is starting pretty soon. I made homemade guacamole and brownies and I'm pretty much bored with the whole thing now.

Good thing the Puppy Bowl is on. I'm about to spontaneously combust from cuteness overload.

Count me in! I vote Water for Elephants as the first book. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I just finished it. Honest.

I am so there....

Ooh, I watched part of the Puppy Bowl last night! The Bissell Kitty Halftime Show was a bit disappointing, but I caught the tail end where they were dumping confetti everywhere and the cats were all, "huh?"

Bdogg- you caught the "tail" end, huh? HA!

I love it when one of the puppies has an accident and the ref throws the flag and has to come out and clean it up.

Can you imagine him explaining what his job is?

Woman: Oh! You're an actor?

Guy: Yup.

Woman: Have you been in anything I would have seen?

Guy: I was the ref in the Puppy Bowl.

Woman: Huh?

Guy: I dressed up in a striped shirt and cleaned up all the poops and pees.

Woman: I have to go wash my hair now.

I've never even heard of the Puppy Bowl! How have I missed this?

And I would totally be a part of your book club. As long as it includes snacks. :)

Virtual snacks okay? Or if you want to fly here, you can have some of my homemade guacamole. :)

Spinach dip? Well then, I'm sure Frema will want to join, too.

We're all about the Puppy Bowl at our house. Football & the Superbowl . . . not so much.
